Initial 5 day personal tuition:
The early stages of the program are often the most crucial. This is why we conduct the initial 5 sessions of the program within 10 days, typically consecutive days (i.e. Monday to Friday). The 5 sessions are carefully planned for optimum results, as detailed below:

Attendees will also be required to practice their Breathing Exercises at intivals between sessions, as set out by the practioners. One set of exercies will take apporoximately 12 minutes.
The program doesn't end when you complete the 5 day course, follow-up appointments are encouraged, see below.

Every person who embarks on our Breathing Retraining Program is supplied with personal telephone numbers of their practitioners. Practitioners provide support to their clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 day a year.

Your practitoners will gladly answer your call and provide any help necessary. This telephone support service is inclusive of the cost of the the Retraining Program. The client will only pay the cost of a standard call (NOT premium rate).

Inclusive, unlimited follow-up appointments at no extra charge:
The Breathing Retraining Program doesn't end after the initial 5 day course. We encourage all our clients to attend follow-up appointments on a continual basis, usually at intervals of approximately 8 - 12 weeks.

Clients can 'keep in check', gain further advice, 'brush up' on their exercise techniques, etc.

Follow-up appointments are inclusive within the cost of the course. Clients are not required to pay any further fees if they wish to attend follow-up and are welcome return as many times as they like without incurring additional charges.
